Meet Kyle Foster, PhD

Kyle earned his B.S. in Biochemistry from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2015 and completed his Ph.D. in Immunology at UMass Medical School in 2020, where he studied the role of neuro-immune regulation during pathogenic infections. Before joining ADViRNA, he spent five years in scientific recruitment and consulting, helping innovative biotech startups establish and grow their scientific teams. At ADViRNA, Kyle oversees client projects and communications, contributes to experimental planning, and supports business operations and development. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife, Claudia, their son, Cameron, and their golden retriever, Skye.
