Reliable siRNA Solutions for Efficient Gene Silencing

ADViRNA offers a comprehensive suite of siRNA products to support efficient gene silencing across a wide range of targets and cell types. Whether you’re looking for validated siRNAs, exploring custom targets, or just looking to get started with our siRNA starter kits, we provide the tools you need to move from design to data—without the complexity.

Skip the guesswork, simplify your workflow, and get reliable knockdown results with reagents you can trust.

Validated siRNAs

We offer an extensive catalog of gene-specific siRNAs that have been functionally validated in vitro using an engineered dual-luciferase reporter plasmid. This approach allows us to confirm effective target engagement and knockdown performance—saving you time on screening, synthesis, and experimental troubleshooting.

siRNA Starter Kit

Our siRNA Starter Kit is a plug-and-play solution for initiating siRNA knockdown experiments—no transfection reagents required. Each fully-modified siRNA in the kit is conjugated to cholesterol, enabling efficient uptake by most cell types without the need for lipid-based transfection reagents like Lipofectamine.

Included In The Kit:

Product Format:

5 nmol of each siRNA, provided at 100 μM stock in water.

Recommended Conditions:

Non-Validated siRNA Kits

Our non-validated, fully modified, and cholesterol-conjugated siRNAs are pre-designed using ADViRNA’s proprietary prediction algorithm, similar to our published models, but have not been functionally validated in vitro.

Each kit includes:

siRNA tubes using ADViRNA’s proprietary prediction algorithm

These siRNAs are designed for direct use—no transfection reagent required. Use the individual siRNAs separately or as a pool. Based on empirical validation, the probability of achieving at least one functional knockdown (individually or in combination) exceeds 95%. While these siRNAs are not pre-validated, they offer a powerful and cost-effective option for gene silencing. Transfection controls are available for verifying uptake and knockdown in your specific cell line or tissue model if needed.

Need a Custom siRNA?

If your gene of interest isn’t listed or you’re working with non-standard organisms or delivery challenges, we offer custom siRNA design and synthesis. Our team will design, synthesize, and optionally validate siRNAs tailored to your target and application.
