Our Technology
Self deliverable RNAi (sdRNA) allows for minimal toxicity, excellent potency and long lasting activity.
Due to it's low toxicity and high stability, sdRNA is able to transfect otherwise difficult cells and tissue types.
Conventional RNAi presents toxicity to cells, degrades quickly and over all has poor cellular uptake and tissue distribution.
sdRNA can be used in vivo for targeted delivery to multiple tissues and organs.
ADViRNA’s sdRNA technology out-performs traditional transfections
While traditional transfection works with primary and modified cell lines, it causes premature degradation as well as cell toxicity that can alter results.
Our sdRNAs (self deliverable RNA interference) works in almost any cell type including ex-vivo tissue and organ models, as well as in vivo animal models.

sdRNA for in vitro transfection
How it works
We aim to make transfections as easy as possible. Dilute your sdRNA, add to your cells of interest and wait the desired amount of time. After this, you are ready for your assay. It’s as simple as that!
